Returns
You may request a return within fifteen days from the date your order is delivered. Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with their original packaging. Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety considerations, including underwear, opened cosmetic products, and personalised goods.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please email infozennirelondon@proton.me and provide your order number. After reviewing your request, we will send detailed return instructions along with the appropriate return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fifteen business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be requested for a different size, colour, or model, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographic evidence. In such cases, we will cover all related shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Products purchased during sale or clearance promotions are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective. Gift cards cannot be refunded.
